At Liquid Metal Refinement we like to keep things simple including our terms and conditions.
1. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase from L.M.R.
2. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods. In the unlikely event your order is received faulty, incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately. We will ensure your product is repaired, replaced, partly refunded or fully refunded solely at our discretion within a reasonable period of time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Printing and Pricing Errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
4. Complaints procedure. In the event that we fail to meet our usual high standards of customer satisfaction, please don't hesitate to contact Liquid Metal Refinement directly. We are only human and we do, although unintentional, occasionally make mistakes. Whatever the circumstances we will make every reasonable effort to keep you happy and retain your much valued custom.
